Na Katedri se rade istraživanja u području anorganske hemije - hemije kompleksnih spojeva rutenija, molibdena, kobalta i bakra (mehanizam i kinetika supstitucionih reakcija metalnih kompleksa, sinteze i karakterizacija novih kompleksa, strukturna istraživanja i anorganske sinteze).
